Sales Development Representative

A sales development representative focuses on reaching, prospecting, and qualifying leads. They are not focused on closing deals, but on connecting with as many potential customers as possible and determining if they are a good fit with the customer.

This manager must have business development skills and great sales skills, as finding potential customers and making sure they want to buy the product is their primary responsibility.

Their role is to research and find potential customers, connect with these prospects educate them, and qualify leads to later deliver them to those responsible for closing the sales team.

IT Help Desk Support

This position, as you can deduce from its name, requires knowledge apart from Customer Service skills, it also demands IT knowledge. That is, in addition to knowing how to offer the resources to provide the client with information and support related to the processes, products, and services of your company, you must also know about computer technology, networking, hardware, software, and the Internet.

In this job, the person is responsible for providing assistance and technical support related to computer systems, hardware, and software to customers. They are also responsible for answering queries and handling both user and system problems efficiently and professionally. Some of the requirements for this position are active directory, Office 365, email troubleshooting, and strong client interaction via email and phone.
