That is, in addition to knowing how to offer the resources to provide the client with information and support related to the processes, products, and services of your company, you must also know about computer technology, networking, hardware, software, and the Internet.
In this job, the person is responsible for providing assistance and technical support related to computer systems, hardware, and software to customers. They are also responsible for answering queries and handling both user and system problems efficiently and professionally. Some of the requirements for this position are active directory, Office 365, email troubleshooting, and strong client interaction via email and phone.
