Skills required:
- Proficiency in Windows Desktop and Server Management.
- Advanced networking skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
- Firewall and VPN management expertise.
- Experience with PSA and RMM Systems for efficient workflow management.
- Skilled in printer and print server management.
- Strong knowledge of security management, including antivirus solutions and malware removal.
- Expertise in O365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery planning and implementation.
- Cloud services administration, particularly Azure.
- WordPress management, including theme customization, plugin management, and security best practices.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Unix systems.
Duties / Tasks to perform:
- Providing advanced technical support across a broad spectrum of technologies.
- Managing complex IT environments for clients with a focus on Windows systems, networking, firewall management, and more.
- Working closely with clients to understand their IT needs and providing solutions that meet those needs.
- Ensuring the security and reliability of IT systems and data.
