Skills Required:
- Technical Skills:
- Expert in advanced systems management, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization of Windows desktop and server environments.
- Mastery in designing and administering sophisticated firewall and VPN solutions.
- Proficient in expert networking, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and QoS.
- Advanced knowledge of Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools.
- Strong background in cybersecurity frameworks, especially in healthcare IT and compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Comprehensive administration of Office 365 and Azure cloud services.
- Proficient in disaster recovery strategy development and implementation.
- Adept knowledge and administrative skills in Unix/Linux environments.
- Leadership and Project Management:
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate junior technical staff.
- Strong project management skills, with experience in planning and overseeing IT projects.
- Vendor and Client Relations:
- Ability to manage vendor partnerships and maintain service level agreements.
- Exceptional concierge-level client service skills.
- Qualifications:
- Experience working in an MSP environment is a plus.
- Strongly desired experience in healthcare IT.
- A minimum of 3 years of in-depth experience in a senior technical support role.
- Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Azure, Cisco) are a plus.
