The role involves intensive communication, including speaking with doctors about available positions nationwide and updating our database continually.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Proficient in typing (minimum 55 words per minute).
  • Comfortable using computer applications and communication tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for phone and electronic communications.
  • High level of detail orientation and organizational skills.

Duties / Tasks to perform:

  • Check and respond to emails from the company and doctors.
  • Conduct phone conversations with doctors regarding job openings.
  • Update the company database with new information from emails, phone conversations, and texting.
  • Track all candidates presented to various jobs and follow up regularly.
