Marketing & Campaign Specialist

The candidate should have a strong background in creating engaging content, managing campaigns, and leveraging digital tools to optimize marketing performance.

Skills required:

  • 2-4 years of experience.
  • Proficient English writing skills for clear, concise, and engaging content creation.
  • Expertise in social media content creation, including videos, graphics, and multimedia elements.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts, tools, and technologies.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to utilize digital tools for marketing processes.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

Duties / Tasks to perform:

  • SMS Campaign Management: Oversee SMS campaigns targeting potential buyers, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
  • Social Media Campaign Management: Coordinate Facebook Messenger campaigns to maximize reach and conversion.
  • Email Campaign Management: Develop and execute email campaigns targeting potential buyers and sellers, crafting compelling messages to drive interest and action.
  • Social Media Community Management: Manage and nurture the company’s Facebook pages and community, fostering engagement, addressing inquiries, and cultivating a positive brand image.
  • Social Media Content Creation: Generate captivating content for Facebook and Instagram, including graphics, video editing, polls, and posts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Collaboration with Administrative Team: Work closely with the administrative department to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company objectives.
