IT Technician (IT MSP)

We are in search of a dynamic, highly skilled, and motivated IT Support Technician to become an integral part of our team. This position presents a fantastic opportunity for individuals with exemplary verbal English communication skills, a robust background in Microsoft technologies, and a zeal for delivering superior IT support. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in managing help desk tickets, directly engaging with clients to troubleshoot and resolve issues, and participating in projects that facilitate the operational growth and scalability of our MSP services.

Skills required:

  • Exceptional verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune.
  • Familiarity with PSA software.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, independence, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Experience within an MSP environment is highly desirable.
  • Microsoft certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.

Duties / Tasks to perform:

  • Efficient management and resolution of help desk tickets while maintaining high client satisfaction levels.
  • Direct engagement with clients via calls, providing troubleshooting support and resolving technical issues.
  • Leadership and contribution to projects aimed at enhancing operational processes, cybersecurity measures, cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 optimization.
  • Independent handling of Microsoft 365 tasks and projects, showcasing technical proficiency and initiative.
  • Collaboration on client projects and internal initiatives, such as process automation, data analytics, and technology alignment, to support the growth and scaling of our MSP services.
