Responsible for maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure’s reliability and performance. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a strong understanding of Microsoft 365, VMware ESXi/Vcenter, Altaro VM Backup, Veeam VM Backup, and Office 365.
Skills required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office 365.
- Expertise in VMware ESXi/Vcenter.
- Experience with Altaro VM Backup and Veeam VM Backup.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish.
Duties / Tasks to perform:
- Resolve RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) alerts.
- Address and resolve helpdesk tickets.
- Manage and resolve alerts from other platforms, including antivirus and backup systems.
- Update vulnerable software installed on client machines.
- Create and update knowledge base articles to support team knowledge sharing.
- Ensure all backups are successful and address any issues.
- Answer incoming calls and strive to solve issues on the first call when possible.
