HR Assistant

We are looking for a Human Resources Assistant responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to various aspects of the HR function, such as recruitment, retention, performance, compensation, and training. An HR assistant may also assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, conducting surveys and research, preparing reports and presentations, and providing recommendations to improve HR processes and outcomes.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced knowledge in Ms. Excel.

Duties / Tasks to perform:

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Organize and schedule appointments with freelancers, corpteam, extended onboardings, and external suppliers.
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
  • Deal with freelancer’s requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations as needed.
  • Maintaining organized and up-to-date HR files database.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports.
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties and onboardings with freelancers.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Prepares reports of data results.
  • Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the organizational culture including suggestions to attract and hire qualified candidates, to motivate and retain employees, and to address staffing issues.
  • Support the planning and execution of events: Freelancer of the Month, anniversaries, holidays, job fairs.
  • Birthdays and anniversaries planning, filling out birthday cards, cake purchasing.
  • Schedule follow-up meetings for Personal Development Plans (PDP).
