Data Entry

The Data Entry role is integral to our operations, focusing on on-boarding new clients and managing administrative tasks with efficiency and accuracy. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, organizing, and maintaining documentation related to credit cases and legal proceedings, ensuring data integrity and support to our legal and administrative teams.

Skills required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and internet usage.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Ability to prepare and organize legal documents.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Duties / Tasks to perform:

  • On-board new clients by accurately entering and updating information in our CRM system.
  • Perform administrative duties including preparing, organizing, and filing various legal documents.
  • Maintain, draft, and organize files for different legal proceedings.
  • Ensure all case-related documentation is filed and accessible.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) for various data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Efficiently manage and organize a large volume of files and data.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, contributing to the maintenance of high-quality standards.
