The past November 23rd, we celebrated our fifth anniversary. It’s been a long journey, and we are proud of everyone on our team who makes our company a special workplace.
This is a massive milestone for us since it’s been determined that 50% of businesses fail in 5 years, and having accomplished 5 years of working hard lets us know that our company is going down the right path and motivates us to keep going even further.
Being on the other side of that 50% makes us happy, and now we will strive to make it 10 years of making the world a better place!
This couldn’t be accomplished without everyone’s help, and we, as a company, are so thankful for every one of you.
2022 has been a year full of growth and new experiences for Freelance Latin America. Every year on this date, we look back on everything we have accomplished, which is what we will do now in this article.
Let’s take a look at everything that happened in 2022:

What We Accomplished In 2022:
Helping our Community:
Ever since the beginning of our company, we’ve been striving to make the world a better place, including giving back to the community in which we live. We’ve done this for many years, and 2022 is no exception.
This year we have offered our support to many foundations such as “Fundacion Patas a la Obra”, “Hogar Comunitario Trans del Zulia”, “Fundación Angeles en Movimiento”, “Fundación Amigos de los niños con cancer”, and many others!
We are thankful for everything our community has done for us and so proud of our freelancers, who are always eager to help us give back our happiness to others.
New Alliances:
AppointPros:
This year, we created an alliance with AppointPros, where you can improve your marketing, language, IT, and many more skills. Once you have finished one of their courses, you’ll have a bigger chance of landing a job with us!
URBE & URU:
AppointPros was only the beginning; this year, we also allied with many universities in our city to give more opportunities to almost graduate and graduate students! If you study in URBE or URU you’ll surely have seen us around!
A new look to Social Media:
This year was big for us regarding our social media strategies. We’ve changed and improved our focus on what, when, and where to post on different platforms like Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitter.
2022 was the beginning of many innovations, such as our new series of short videos called “Coworkers” and “Meet the Freelancers”, alongside other new, funny, and informative videos for all our platforms that allowed us to reach many new clients, freelancers, and people all around the world!
Be sure to also check out our Youtube channel!
One of the milestones we reached this year on social media is getting to 14k followers on Instagram! Every day we try to deliver helpful content to our readers that can help you improve your skills and find the job of your dreams, so be sure to follow us over there!
We might even reach 15k by the end of the year!
Events & Symposiums:
We are so happy to remember great times and to have been able to participate in the events that occurred in our city, such as:
Recruitment Fairs:
If you follow us on Instagram, you might even catch one of the lives we often do, where we speak about the recruitment process, how you can start working as a freelancer, tips to improve your CV and much more.
Our recruitment fairs are both on-site and virtual, so if you are from Maracaibo, Venezuela, be sure to come to the office so we can get to know you better and give you a tour around the office!
Symposiums:
We are constantly striving to be more in touch with our community, and that’s why we are so honored to have been able to participate in our city’s events, such as it is the “Simposio de Ciudades Inteligentes y Sostenibles” occurred in Maracaibo.
It was a fantastic event in which we showed our organization to our community, answered doubts and questions, and gave any information anyone may need to become a freelancer in Latin America.
We are thankful to our community and city for always giving us these opportunities!
Zuweb Fest:
We also participated at the Zuweb Fest, where our CEO, Randy Rosales, was one of the invited speakers to talk at the conferences and forums on finance, marketing, and leadership.
Remember to follow us on Instagram if you want to know where we will be next!
We constantly organize lives or events, so don’t miss the next one!
Looking back at previous years:
Looking back at the past years, we realize that we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve achieved, what we’ve done, and what we’ve become as a business, an organization, and a part of our community.
We are thankful for everything that has happened so far, but it’s also important to mention that this is only the beginning! We are in the middle of planning even more significant and innovative events for the future.
Stay tuned for what’s coming!
