How can I apply for a position?
To apply for any of our positions, please visit our job portal and select the position you are interested in. Then, click on ‘Apply for this Job’ to fill out the application form. You will receive an email from the recruitment team confirming that your application has been received and outlining the next steps.
What level of English is required for the positions?
You can test your English level with the EF SET Quick Check.
Do you have any positions in Spanish?
Most of our clients are native English speakers, so we don’t offer positions for people who only speak Spanish unless a client requests so.
Do I need to invest money to get a job?
No, you don’t need to invest money to apply for any positions. By applying, our recruitment team will handle the process without charges.
After sending my requirements, how long does it take to get a call-back?
The estimated time depends on your profile and our client’s needs. Profiles with more capabilities, skills, and higher English levels tend to be selected faster.
How are payments made?
Payments are made in USD. It doesn’t matter where you live; payments are made in American Dollars through your selected method (Zelle, Binance).
Can I work from anywhere in Latin America?
Yes! You can work from anywhere in Latin America as long as you have a comfortable space to work with a reliable and fast internet connection.
Do I need special equipment to work with you?
When you start working with us, we will provide you with the equipment you need to do your job successfully, typically consisting of a laptop, a mouse, a mousepad, and a headset.
How are payment rates calculated?
Payment rates are calculated depending on the position and your level of expertise in that specific area. Factors such as the country you live in are also considered when determining the rates.
What happens after I send my application?
You will be contacted through email by our Recruitment Team. In the same email thread, you will be asked for a couple of requirements that you will need to send in order to continue with the application process.
